Shop Policies

Thank you SO much for supporting my work and shopping with me.  Supporting artists is a really vital thing to do and enables us to keep on creating.  We rely on you.  So a hearty CHEERS!

Here are some rather boring but nonetheless necessary bits of info about my shop policies.  Please do have a read.

IMPORTANT!! ~ COVID-19 :  During the Covid-19 crisis, products will ship once a week only.  I will continue to pack and ship  orders unless I start to develop symptoms of illness.  Should this happen, I will notify you of a delay in your order.  I am not responsible for who handles the order once it has left me.  Please be aware that the current pandemic outbreak may effect the postal service in your area.  

Delivery :  All UK items are sent by First Class Post.  Tracking will enable me to see if your item has been delivered to you or not.

I need time to prepare each order for dispatch.  Some items are specifically made to order.  Be sure to check the details on the Product Page.  I will do my best to ensure your item is with you within 28 days.  Hopefully MUCH quicker.  If you have a concern about delivery or have a delivery deadline, please do get in touch.  

Please remember that delivery times are also effected by the postal service in your area.  I cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of issues with your mail handler or customs etc.

If you would like to purchase from outside of the UK, please contact me for a shipping quote. Please be aware that additional customs charges may be made in your country.

Customs & Import Taxes  : Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns : I only accept Returns if there is a fault with your item.  All items leave my studio in perfect condition and very carefully packaged.  I cannot be responsible for the item's treatment by your mail carrier.  If there is an issue with your item, however, please do get in touch.  I will always seek to work with you to resolve it.  

Packaging : All my items are very carefully and thoughtfully packaged.  I am trying my best to make all my packaging recyclable and from sustainable sources.  Please do your bit and recycle what you can.  Thank you.
